My name is Laura but my friends and family call me Lulu.
I started this blog as an outlet for all of my “health & wellness” ramblings. If you know me then you know I love sharing everything; from smoothie recipes to book/podcast recs, my Spotify playlists, healthy snacks, my yoga journey, etc. This website will serve as a little haven for all of these things.
Some tidbits about me: I am 31 years old and am currently living on the South Shore of MA. I am a full-time paralegal at a firm in Boston, a yoga instructor, a daughter, sister, auntie & dog mom to Fritz. I have been passionate about my health since my early 20’s where I found myself revisiting and implementing the healthy lifestyle that I grew up with. I am a firm believer in balance, so while I couldn’t live without my green smoothies, I am happiest with a spicy marg in one hand and a plate of nachos in the other.
With this blog, my hope is that I can inspire/teach/motivate you to live a healthier life -- whether that’s by influencing you to start a meaningful morning routine, take up journaling or just add some lemons to your water, I would love to be a resource that you can look to to get that extra boost to live your happiest and healthiest life.
